To splash your boat or put on wash rack, please text 843-407-3587 with the phone number you registered with us.

When you are finished using your boat for the day, just dock it at a designated staging area, and leave for the day! Our forklift drivers will rinse off the boat with freshwater and flush each motor with freshwater before putting your boat back to its rack until the next time you want to use it.

Below are listed a few examples of the correct format to use for the text feature to request your boat to be splashed or put on a wash rack. Please follow this format so the system will recognize your request. The program already knows who YOU are, what boat is yours and where it is located based upon the phone number you are texting from that is registered at the marina.
The text feature only works if your request is within 24 hours of your desired time that you wish to splash your boat. For instance, on a Monday at 9am you wish to request your boat to be put into the water on Wednesday at noon using the text feature. THE TEXT FEATURE WILL NOT WORK IN THIS CASE BECAUSE IT IS OUTSIDE OF 24 HOURS, SO YOU MUST WAIT UNTIL THE REQUEST IS WITHIN THE 24 HOUR PERIOD TO TEXT YOUR REQUEST.
Forklift operators begin at 7:30am and leave at 4:30pm daily to accommodate your requests.
Requesting your boat in the water via text should only contain the word water with a space then the time requested including the colon and a pm or am directly after the time as shown below and in exactly that order. NOTHING ELSE! Any deviation to this format will result in your request not being recognized and your boat not being put in the water at your desired time. Please do not put your slip #, your name or any other information other than what is recognized, and in the correct order.... water time am or pm.

*Make sure there is a space between water and the time, and make sure there is
am OR pm directly after the time (no space in between).
This text feature also works if you wish to put your boat on a wash rack. Just substitute the word "water" with the word "rack." See example below.
